4. Solve r&d and application technology problems in products;

5. Equipment maintenance;

6. Patent writing;

7. Laboratory management;

8. Other matters assigned by the leadership.

Capacity:

1. 20-35 years old, regardless of gender;

2. Master degree;

3. Major in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer, etc.;

4. Familiar with organic synthesis, structure analysis, performance evaluation, synthesis and application mechanism;

5. Good at organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, etc.
