Responsibilities:

1. Assisted the team leader in the planning and design of relevant research and development programs, controlled the experimental process, sorted out and analyzed experimental data, prepared experimental reports, and timely fed back experimental results;

2. Responsible for the implementation of relevant r&d experimental schemes;

3. Currently, I am mainly responsible for lignin extraction, drying, crushing and modification. The follow-up work will be adjusted according to the actual situation;

4. Proficient in relevant experimental business, and complete all experiments carefully;

5. Assisted the team leader to solve r&d and application technical problems;

6. Responsible for the maintenance of related instruments and equipment;

7. Writing some patents;

8. Laboratory safety and health work;

9. Other matters assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer;

2. Relevant research experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with fine chemicals synthesis, structural analysis, performance evaluation, synthesis and application mechanism;

4. Good understanding of natural polymers, familiar with the modification of natural polymers, preferably with research experience in lignin;

5. Solid professional theoretical foundation, skilled experimental operation skills and good knowledge of the use of experimental instruments and equipment;

6. Good at organic chemistry, polymer synthesis, polymer modification, etc.;

7. Identify with the company culture.
