Responsibilities:

1. Routine work of performance appraisal;

2. Related work of salary management;

3. Go through the procedures of personnel change, resignation and conversion

4. Sign and renew employee labor contracts;

5. Managed employee relations and handled labor disputes;

6. Training demand survey, plan formulation, implementation and implementation;

7. Other temporary work assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:

1. Major in human resources, full-time bachelor degree or above; 3 years relevant working experience;

2. Master the operation process of all modules of modern human resources;

3. Familiar with labor contract law and labor law;

4. Able to bear certain pressure;

5. Identify with the company culture.
